I am an accomplished International Reward and Human Resources Leader with a wealth of experience spanning all HR disciplines. I design and implement human focused approaches to complex international organisation challenges and transformation. I find success by nurturing trusted relationships, collaborating cross functionally and engaging with stakeholders in a straightforward and open way.

I aim to focus my specific expertise and experience to the achievement of clients' global corporate social responsibility and sustainability ambitions. I have a deep understanding of key components of the Reward portfolio that can be used to support these ambitions such as Gender & Pay, Living Wage, Inclusive Family policies, Health and Life standards and Financial Wellbeing. I have partnered with the UN Women, OECD and other NGOs to help implement these actions.
